Post Surgical Care/ Wound Care

Achieve's clinical team is experienced at helping injured workers to fully recover following a surgical procedure. Our nurses are highly skilled and trained in the latest techniques for wound care -- from dressing changes to wound vacs.

Carebuddy Program

This specialized program was developed to meet the short- and long-term needs of brain and spinal cord injured patients. CareBuddies act as coaches and aides who keep patients active, focused and motivated to meet their rehabilitation goals.

Over the years, the program has expanded to include elderly patients who benefit from having specialized caregivers.  Achieve’s CareBuddy Program offers patients and their families a team of competent, compassionate Nurses and Clinical Nursing Assistants who are experienced working with individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia and individuals with diminished physical capabilities.
